(K) Halloween Story Time and Costume Parade!

Children of all ages, with a caregiver. Join Mr. Tate for a special spooky story time in the Youth Services Flex Space followed by a costume parade around the Youth Services department! Be sure to stop by the Youth Services desk for a treat! No registration required.
