Reserve a Room

Mediated Rooms: Requests for mediated rooms are reviewed by staff and a confirmation will be sent via email.

 

New meeting room policy effective May 1, 2025. Changes include:

  • Rooms may be reserved up to one month in advance for a maximum of four hours per day, two times per week.
  • Beverages and light refreshments are permitted, but food may not be prepared on site.
  • Meeting and study rooms are not available for private parties, including but not limited to birthday parties, showers, and receptions.
