(T) Tweens/Teens Spin Art - in person, on the patio.

Ages 9 -18 at 6:30 pm. Why should little kids have all the fun?  Teens like spin art too!  We will be outside on the patio making art and having some messy fun!

NOTE:  Program will be held outdoors at the South County Regional Branch Library.  Registration is required.
