(A) Vajrasana Group Yoga

This is a three session course scheduled for Tuesday 8/1, Wednesday 8/2, and Thursday 8/3 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Register for the first session and you will be registered for all three.
Vajrasana is commonly thought of as a meditation posture. The vajrasana series is meant to be beneficial for the reproductive and digestive organs. The practice is reasonably easy to perform, though not advisable for people with osteoarthritis or knee pain.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice
