(A) Eating Smart, Being Active

Eating Smart, Being Active (ESBA) is a 4-lesson series that teaches research-based nutrition and physical activity recommendations. Lesson topics include Shopping at the Grocery Store, Fruits & Vegetables, and Sugar, Salt, & Fats. Each lesson has a physical activity portion, so wear comfy shoes and clothes! Every session will end with a recipe demonstration, taste test, and a small gift. Presented by Rutgers Cooperative Extension and the NJ SNAP-Ed grant. Sign up for one or multiple classes!
