Learn about Henna’s healing and cosmetic properties, and about traditional henna tattoo designs. Design your own henna tattoo, after which a professional face and body artist will apply your tattoo using organic henna paste.

Learn about Dominican culture and foodways through the story of Lula's Empanadas. Yaslyn Lora will demonstrate how empanadas are made and tell the story of how visits back home to the Caribbean led to making Dominican empanadas with a twist. Refreshments will be provided.
