(A) Online Chair Yoga 55+ (8 Week Series)

Eight week online chair yoga series.

Start with the ease and comfort of chair yoga and venture a bit into other long-respected wellness approaches, such as meditation and acupressure points, online and in the comfort of your own home. Designed to accommodate people with many physical restrictions, you will leave class feeling more relaxed and energetic. All you need is a sturdy, armless straight back chair. This is an eight week series and registrants are encouraged to attend all eight classes. Classes are scheduled 11:00 am on the following Mondays: March 9th, March 16th, March 30th, April 6, April 13th, April 20th, April 27th, and May 4. (Note: There will NOT be a class on March 23rd). Register for the first session and you will be registered for all eight sessions. This is a virtual program. Zoom invitations will be sent the morning of the workshop or the day before. Class instructor Teddy Piotrowski, RN, is a Board Certified Holistic Nurse, a Nationally Certified Asian Bodywork Therapist, and a Certified Yoga Therapist in private practice for over twenty years.
