"Sample" 12 books of all genres at our book tasting and you may find your next favorite author or series.  Participants will have four minutes to read from each book (you can choose to read from the beginning, middle, or end!)  and record their initial impressions. Brief discussion will follow. 

Book Tasting is held on the third Wednesday of every month. Please feel free to bring a snack with you.

Join us at our January Memory Café and enjoy "cozy & nostalgic" themed activities. Light refreshments will be served.

Memory Cafes will be held on January 22nd, February 26th, March 26th, April 23rd 2026 from 11:00am-12:00 pm.

Registration is recommended, but not required.

What is a Memory Café?

A memory café is a social gathering for those who are experiencing early-stage dementia, mild memory loss, or mild cognitive impairment, and for their families, friends, or caregivers. The Memory Café at the Gloucester Township Branch welcomes adults experiencing memory loss, particularly early-onset dementia, and their caregivers. Enjoy a safe space for socializing with light refreshments and activities like trivia, crafting, games, and gentle exercise—all designed to foster connection and enhance well-being.
