(Y) Make "Cookie Mix in a Jar" Gifts with the Haddon TAB

(Ages 12-18)  The Haddon Teen Advisory Board invites teens to a fun "Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix in a Jar"  program.  We'll fill mason jars with pre-measured dry ingredients (including chocolate chips), include instructions for baking, and decorate the jars. Give them as a festive holiday gift or make the cookies yourself!   

Haddon's Teen Advisory Board meets the first Monday of the month for fun activities and to plan teen programs. Earn volunteer time, enjoy snacks and meet other teens.

Bellmawr

(Y) Graphic Novel Pin Making

Ages 14 to 18.
Come join us at the Bellmawr library for a teen craft night. In this program, we are going to upcycle the pages of old graphic novels and turn our favorite panels into pins! Registration is encouraged but not required for this program. Registration will open on Monday 11/17 at 10:00 A.M., and will close on Friday 11/28 at 9:00 P.M. or when the registration list becomes full, whichever occurs first.
Accessibility info: The library is located all on one floor. There are no steps to enter the building, and the front doors to the building are automatic. The doors into the library portion of the building can be opened with an accessible button.

(A) Identifying & Preventing Financial Elder Abuse

Elder fraud is defined as a financial fraud scheme which targets seniors (60 years and older). Beginning in 2018, the FBI at a national level has worked tirelessly to educate this population on how to take steps to protect themselves from being victimized.

Please consider coming out to educate yourself and others on how to identify, prevent and report potential financial elder abuse.
