(Y) DIY No Sew Upcycled T-Shirt Tote Bags

Ages 14 to 18.

Come join us at the Bellmawr library for a teen craft night! In this program, participants will learn how to upcycle an old t-shirt into a tote bag with lots of life left! All supplies will be provided, however participants are welcome to bring their own t-shirt to upcycle. Registration is required for this program due to limited supplies. Registration for this event will open on Wednesday 2/4 at 10:00 A.M. and close on Monday 2/16 at 9:00 P.M. or when the registration list becomes full, whichever occurs first.

Accessibility info: The library is located all on one floor. There are no steps to enter the building, and the front doors to the building are automatic. The doors into the library portion of the building can be opened with an accessible button.

Ages 15 - Up The Ukulele Circle returns to South County every first and third Wednesday of the month. Join Mr. Roy Cox and other ukulele enthusiasts for an hour of playing and learning new songs together. All Skill levels are welcome. There will be a few ukuleles available for new players to use.

(Y) A Call for Teen Volunteers: Program Assistants for Seed Swap Event/ Materials Prep

Earn Volunteer Hours!
Help support our program by assisting at activity tables, managing seed intake, and participating in cleanup.

Please arrive by 10:00 AM and check in with Ms. Diana at the Youth Services Desk. The program concludes at 12:30 PM.

Space is limited, and registration is required.
Do not use your school email to register. You will receive a confirmation email the day before the event to verify your commitment.

Volunteer opportunities are in high demand. No-shows may be restricted from future volunteer events.

(F) Chess! Drop -In and Play

Ages 9 – Adult

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of chess at the library! Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, you're welcome to drop in and enjoy some friendly games in a welcoming environment.

Bring your own chess set or use one of ours—no pressure, no competition, just good company and great moves. This is a casual, non-instructional event, perfect for sharpening your skills or simply enjoying the game.

👥 Need a partner? Our Teen Chess Volunteers will be available to play and help keep the games going!

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents and caregivers must remain with their children during the program.

Come for the strategy, stay for the fun! No Registration Required! Program starts at 2:30 pm and ends at 4:30 pm.
