(A) Take Charge of Your Diabetes

Participants will explore healthy eating, physical activity, how to create an action-plan, and how stress management is connected to diabetes management. Presented by Koren Norwood, Certified Health Education Specialist/Health Education Unit Director at the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services. Food Demonstration and Taste Test by Chantielle Harris, Nutrition Educator with Rutgers Cooperative Extension & SNAP-Ed.

(A) Yoga for Adults

Yoga is offered on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or something close to it), a yoga block if you have one, and a small blanket to cover yourself while we're in relaxation. All levels are welcome, including no experience! Floor space is limited and will be first come, first serve.
