Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or something close to it), a yoga block if you have one, and a small blanket to cover yourself while we're in relaxation. We offer yoga and mindfulness classes for youth, combining movement, breathwork, intention-setting, and a short activity to support emotional regulation, confidence, and both physical and mental well-being. Each class is accessible to all levels and designed to help students build practical tools for stress relief and self-awareness. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or a towel to practice on. Registration is required.
