(Y) Mindful Dot Painting Workshop for Teens

May is for mindfulness. This hands-on workshop combines the therapeutic art of dot painting with mindfulness techniques to create a relaxing and inspiring environment. Teens will learn the basics of dot painting, a form of art therapy that promotes focus and calmness. Each dot represents a moment of presence, allowing teens to express themselves artistically while engaging in a meditative practice.
