Children of all ages with a caregiver. Join Mr. Tate for a special themed story time! Afterwards, we will go outside to the garden to release ladybugs and check on the pumpkins that we planted during our Explore Science: In the Garden program. Ladybugs are beneficial insects for gardens because they eat pests like aphids, mites, and weevils that harm the plants. Learn more about ladybugs at National Geographic Kids: kids.nationalgeographic.com/animals/invertebrates/facts/ladybug.
No registration required. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please contact Mr. Tate at tpotts@camdencountylibrary.org with questions.
