In this Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables: Nutrition Facts Label lesson, we will demystify the Nutrition Facts Label! We will discuss how to make sense of the Nutrition Facts Label and how to use that information to make healthy food choices. This program will include a recipe demonstration, taste test, and free gift giveaway!  Presented by Rutgers Cooperative Extension and the NJ SNAP-Ed grant.
