Calling all teen writers! The Teen Writing Club meets the first Thursday (note new schedule starting in August) of the month to share our works in progress, provide feedback on others' material, and enjoy some snacks! Join us for an exclusive Meet & Greet with Kavon Kellam, the author of the young adult novel Dante’s Canvas and the actor behind “Smart Homie” in the indie hits The Kingfish 1 & 2. Kavon started writing scripts as a kid and never stopped chasing his dreams. Now, he’s here to share his journey, answer your questions, and inspire you to create your own masterpiece—whether it’s a story, a film, or a better world.

Teens age 14 - 17 Are you looking for volunteer credits? Do you love to play chess? Bring your chess sets and help get a library chess group started at your library! Play chess! Interact with families! Spread the love of chess! EARN VOLUNTEER CREDITS! Registration is required and spots are limited. Do not use your school email. The librarian will email you before the event to confirm your volunteer commitment. Volunteer opportunities are in high demand. No shows may be blocked from future volunteer events.

Age 13 - 17  Hey teens—ready to level up your leadership and have some fun while you're at it?

Join us for this month’s T.A.B. meeting, where we’re flipping the script and hosting a Board Game Night for our youngest library visitors and their families! You’ll help create a welcoming, playful space filled with laughter, teamwork, and classic games.

Help set up the game stations and welcome families

Join in the fun and help little ones learn the ropes

Stick around to help clean up and wrap up the night

(Y) Popcorn Party

Ages 14 to 18.
Come join us at the Bellmawr library for a popcorn party! In this program, participants will make their own popcorn mix with melted chocolate and other fun mix-ins! Registration is required for this program. Registration for this event will open on Monday 10/27 at 10:00 A.M. and close on Friday 11/7 at 9:00 P.M. or when the registration list is full, whichever occurs first. Please alert staff of any dietary restrictions/needs at least one week prior to this program.
Accessibility info: The library is located all on one floor. There are no steps to enter the building, and the front doors to the building are automatic. The doors into the library portion of the building can be opened with an accessible button.
