In this Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables: Stretching Food Dollars lesson, you will learn how to make your food dollars go further! We will discuss strategies to stretch food dollars and ways to eat healthy on a budget. This program will include a recipe demonstration, taste test, and free gift giveaway!  Presented by Rutgers Cooperative Extension and the NJ SNAP-Ed grant.
