My name is Rebecca and I am a board game designer. I designed my first game Annapurna and brought it to market in 2020, and now I’m doing it again! I am going to share the process that goes into making a game and more importantly, play Annapurna with you! If that sounds fun come and join me!

Presented by Veggie Mijas, participants will be introduced to the pathways our food everyday food travels. The Veggie Mijas educator will guide kids in researching how food moves from planting, harvesting, and packaging, to the grocery store.

Interested in gardening?  Join us every Friday morning, from 10:30am-11:30am, to relax in South County’s garden and socialize with other gardeners. We will be doing maintenance tasks such as weeding, watering, and harvesting, in addition to special projects throughout the season. We’ll be growing herbs, vegetables, and flowers! Open to adult patrons.

This 4 course series is a nutrition and cooking program focused on Healthy Eating, Food Safety, Cooking, and Food Resource Management. Every session will end with a recipe demonstration, taste test, and a small gift. Presented by Rutgers Cooperative Extension and the NJ SNAP-Ed grant. You can come to one or multiple lessons.

Ages 15 - Up The Ukulele Circle returns to South County every first and third Wednesday of the month. Join Mr. Roy Cox and other ukulele enthusiasts for an hour of playing and learning new songs together. All Skill levels are welcome. There will be a few ukuleles available for new players to use.
