Join us for one or all four classes of our series for seniors focused on eating more fruits and vegetables and increasing physical activity. Each lesson includes low-impact exercises, a recipe demonstration with a taste test, and a free gift! Presented by Rutgers Cooperative Extension and the NJ SNAP-Ed grant.
