Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese discipline practiced worldwide for health, relaxation, and improved well-being. Also known as a moving meditation, Tai Chi can help release tension and reduce stress and fatigue.
Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Varee Var, is excited to offer the Yang Style 18 Steps Tai Chi & Qigong Level 1. Beginners are welcome!
This is a five week course on Thursday nights from June 13 through July 18 (the group will not meet on Thursday, July 4). When you register for the first session, you are registered for all five sessions.
