Event Description

Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese discipline practiced worldwide for health, relaxation, and improved well-being. Also known as a moving meditation, Tai Chi can help release tension and reduce stress and fatigue.

Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Varee Var, is excited to offer the Yang Style 18 Steps Tai Chi & Qigong Level 1 on Thursday nights from October 23 through November 20 (5 weekly sessions). Beginners are welcome!

When you register for the first session, you are registered for all five sessions.

(A) Yoga for Adults

Yoga is offered on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or something close to it), a yoga block if you have one, and a small blanket to cover yourself while we're in relaxation. All levels are welcome, including no experience! Floor space is limited and will be first come, first serve.

Ages 15 - Up The Ukulele Circle returns to South County every first and third Wednesday of the month. Join Mr. Roy Cox and other ukulele enthusiasts for an hour of playing and learning new songs together. All Skill levels are welcome. There will be a few ukuleles available for new players to use.
