(A) Yoga for Adults

Yoga is offered on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or something close to it), a yoga block if you have one, and a small blanket to cover yourself while we're in relaxation. All levels are welcome, including no experience! Floor space is limited and will be first come, first serve.

(A) Healthy Homes Workshop

tart the New Year green and contaminant-free!  Learn the basics of a Healthy Home! This Healthy Homes workshop will review ways to keep your home and family clean, safe and lead-free with natural and cost-effective methods and products. Free Healthy Homes bags with natural products will be distributed at the end of the workshop. The New Jersey Department of Health will be available to provide free lead and mercury screenings.

The Healthy Homes workshop is a collaboration of the NJ State Health Department, The Cooperative and Camden County Department of Health and Human Services facilitated by Camden County’s Community Health Services Division - Health Education and Public Health Nursing Units.
