(K) Kindness in the Wild: A Nature & Yoga Journey

For children ages 2.5-10, with a caregiver. Children will stretch, play, and explore through a fun-filled class designed to nurture both body and heart. We’ll begin with a playful kids yoga session, where little yogis will move & grow like trees, and connect with the world around them. Next, we’ll enjoy a heartwarming nature-themed story that teaches kindness, compassion, and care for animals and our environment. Children will then explore hands-on learning through nature-inspired sensory bin play, engaging their senses with textures and elements from the natural world. Each child will create their own bird feeder using cereal, learning how to care for and give back to local wildlife. Get ready to move! Kids will balance and explore in an exciting obstacle course designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork. To continue the adventure at home, each child will receive a special Nature Scavenger Hunt giveaway to inspire curiosity and outdoor exploration! This class is perfect for explorers who love to move, create, and connect with nature—while learning that kindness is all around us. Registration is required and limited to 20 children.
