Ages 8 – 12. Welcome to Color Our World Summer Reading Camp at the Ferry Avenue Branch! Explore different colors through reading, science, art, and other fun activities. Register for one week or all four.

Week Four: Fun with Groovy Green. July 28 - 31. 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

Activities include: Lunch and an afternoon snack, quiet reading time, arts & crafts, exploring colors, and a Musical Instrument Petting Zoo.

We provide rocks that have been prepped with white acrylic paint -  you supply the imagination and the color using sharpies and acrylic paint pens.  From meditative mandalas, to kindness rocks the possibilities are endless.

(A) South County Vegetable and Herb Show

What: Show off your harvest this year at our produce show! Ribbons will be awarded 1st-3rd for each class and 1 Best in Show will receive a gift card to Dambly’s Garden Center.
 Tips for selecting produce: Choose mature specimens that are free from blemishes. If a class calls for more than one, choose specimens that match each other in size and color as much as possible.

(Ages 9 and up) 

For Tweens and Teens and their adults.  Play board games and learn a new board game! Haddon has over 30 popular teen/tween board games for you to try. Board Game expert Alana and Teen volunteers will be on hand to help lead games.  Adults and caregivers attending, please register in addition to registering your tween/teen.
