(K,F) Dinos on the Go with Edelman Fossil Park

Ages 3 and up. Join us  with the Edelman Fossil Park and Museum to learn about dinosaurs and some of EFM's famous fossils found right on the property. This program includes a lesson from a scientist, an opportunity to touch real fossils and specimens, and an activity station.
Space is limited, so registration is required.

(T) Basic Self Defense for Tweens

Ages 11 to 14

Come join us at the Bellmawr Library for a night of fun! In this program, participants will learn basic self-defense in a safe and relaxed environment! Make sure to dress in something that is comfortable and easy to move around in! Registration is required for this program. Registration for this event will open on Monday 7/13 at 10:00 A.M. and close on Saturday 7/25 7/20 at 9:00 P.M. or when the registration list is full, whichever occurs first.

This program is presented by Tae Kwon Do Academy.

Accessibility info: The library is located all on one floor. There are no steps to enter the building, and the front doors to the building are automatic. The doors into the library portion of the building can be opened with an accessible button.

Tuesday mornings are for stories, songs, and smiles! Join Mr. Tate for an all-ages story time full of stories, songs, rhymes, and movement. We’ll share books and interactive fun designed to engage babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers together. We'll wrap up with free play time, giving children a chance to explore, socialize, and play while grown-ups connect and have fun. All families are welcome - come early, stay late, and make it your morning routine!

(K,T) Under the Museum - Museum of the American Revolution

Ages 4 - 12. Love history? So do we! Go behind the scenes with museum staff to discover cool artifacts from the past and hear the exciting stories they can tell. In this workshop, we will learn about archaeology and the thousands of objects we discovered under the museum—in an 18th-century toilet! Find out what these objects reveal about the people who once lived in our revolutionary neighborhood.
