Reflections on Caregiving: The Story of Barbara Ella MIlton, Sr. and Alzheimer's Disease

Dr. Barbara Ella Milton, Jr., lost her mother to Alzheimer's in January 2019 and turned her grief journal into a book. Heeding the Caregiver Call: The Story of Barbara Ella MIlton, Sr and Alzheimer's Disease (Xlibris, Nov. 2020) describes the caregiving journey, self-care practices and ways she coped with the grief and loss of her mother.

The book has been endorsed by the Act Now Foundation of NJ and the beneficiary of charity from the sale of each book, The Women's Alzheimer's Movement Organization and the AlzAuthors.com Community.

Dr. Barbara Jr. will reflect on the journey's key lessons and provide time for Q and A.
