Ages 15 - Up The Ukulele Circle returns to South County every first and third Wednesday of the month. Join Mr. Roy Cox and other ukulele enthusiasts for an hour of playing and learning new songs together. All Skill levels are welcome. There will be a few ukuleles available for new players to use.

(Y) Time Management 101

Ages 12 - 14 This 90-minute workshop will walk each participant through managing a schedule. They will be presented with tasks involving school assignments, home chores, social events, appointments, and other tasks. The mission is to allocate tasks using a planner. After a brief lecture, they will have to manage a 168 -hour week, 24 hours a day, of which they must allocate 8 hours to sleep and 2 hours for meals. This will leave them 14 hours per day to plan out the tasks.

(K) Mlanjeni Magical Theater presents African Rhythms, American Beats

Ages 2-8 with a caregiver.

Join us at the library with Mlanjeni Magical Theater for a fun, interactive look at the drums of Africa and various rhythms and the spread of drum beats to American folk musloc in tambourines, spoons, and cow bells. Be ready for lots of audience participation!
