Calling all teen writers! The Teen Writing Club meets the first Thursday of the month to share our works in progress, provide feedback on others' material, and enjoy some snacks! Join Mr. Edward, forĀ Ā”Hablemos EspaƱol!, a fun and interactive Spanish conversational program designed especially for children ages 5ā€“10. Each 45ā€“60-minute session introduces kids to everyday Spanish words and phrases through songs, games, stories, movement activities, and simple dialogues. Every week features a new themeā€”greetings, feelings, colors, food, family, and moreā€”helping children build confidence while practicing real conversational Spanish. Perfect for beginners, this engaging program makes learning a new language exciting, creative, and full of joy!

(T) Pride Gear Creations

Ages 9-15. Get creative and show your pride during this handsā€‘on crafting program for tweens and teens. Make your own Pride-inspired gear including flower crowns, beaded bracelets, and custom Pride stickers to wear and share. All supplies are provided, and participants are encouraged to design pieces that reflect their style, identity, or message. This program offers a relaxed, welcoming space to create, express yourself, and connect with othersā€”no crafting experience needed. Snacks provided!

(A) Adult Garden Club

Join us in the South County garden for hands-on gardening practice! We will be working with vegetables, flowers, and hydroponics. No gardening experience necessary. This event is weather permitting. Limited spots are available; registration required.
