(A) Community Reentry Book Club

This group is a partnership between the library and the Camden County Reentry Committee. We read and discuss books by and about individuals who have been impacted by time incarcerated in jails, prisons, or detention, as well as books about the history, politics, and geography of systems of incarceration.

This month, we'll conclude our discussion of These Walls: The Battle for Rikers Island and the Future of America's Jails by Eva Fedderly.

Copies to keep will be available (first come, first served).

Through a partnership with the Food Bank of South Jersey, the Bellmawr Branch will be providing snacks Monday through Friday from June 29 to August 7. Snacks are available in the children's area while supplies last.

(T) Mad Science - Earthworks

Ages 8 - 12. Take a voyage to the center of the Earth! We'll investigate the powerful process that shapes our planet and forms remarkable rocks, magnificent minerals, and glittering gems! Children will take home Ultraviolet Detectors which they build themselves!

(K) Summer Meals

Ages 18 and under. Through a partnership with the Food Bank of South Jersey, the Gloucester Township Branch will be providing Summer Meal boxes to take home. Each kit provides 5 days of a variety of breakfast and lunch shelf-stable options in one box. Meals boxes are available while supplies last.

Come make a delicious dinosaur-themed dirt cup with pudding, cookies, and gummy worms!
