Ages 2-8. Join us at the library with Mlanjeni Magical Theater for a fun, interactive look at the drums of Africa and various rhythms and the spread of drum beats to American folk music in tambourines, spoons, and cow bells. Be ready for lots of audience participation!

In our artistic spin on the baking show Nailed It!, participants will have one and a half hours to recreate a professional artwork as closely as possible. Adult artists of all skill levels are invited to bring their creativity! The artwork will be revealed at the start of the program, and all supplies will be provided.

This month we will feature an African American artist.
