Ages 9 - 17. Originating in Asia, particularly within Hindu and Muslim cultures, Henna has a long history, dating back to ancient Egypt and India where it is used for body decoration and rituals. Learn about Henna’s healing and cosmetic properties, and about traditional henna tattoo designs. Design your own henna tattoo, after which a professional face and body artist will apply your tattoo using organic henna paste.

Ages 14 to 18.

Come join us at the Bellmawr Library for a teen craft night! In this program, we are going to use recycled paper to make our very own seed bombs that you can plant at home and watch grow! ! Registration is required for this program. Registration for this event will open on Wednesday 7/8 at 10:00 A.M. and close on Monday 7/20 at 9:00 P.M. or when the registration list is full, whichever occurs first.

Accessibility info: The library is located all on one floor. There are no steps to enter the building, and the front doors to the building are automatic. The doors into the library portion of the building can be opened with an accessible button.
