<p>The library's six-week Virtual Tails & Tales series kicks off with a show focused on our ocean friends, presented by the Center for Aquatic Sciences. Join us on Zoom to learn how these animals' bodies have changed over time and developed adaptations that help them to thrive in their aquatic environment. Watch tadpoles race through the water and learn how they do this so well. Have you heard of a Thresher Shark? See how their tails helps them catch a meal! All ages welcome.

(A) Live Online Training: Prevent Opioid Overdose with Naloxone (Narcan) Nasal Spray

<p>Learn how to administer naloxone nasal spray (brand name Narcan) to reverse a heroin/opioid overdose. This training is provided by credentialed substance abuse counselors via WebEx.</p>

<p>Space is limited and registration is required.</p>

<p>New Jersey residents ages 18 and older who complete the training will receive a free naloxone kit by postal mail. The Library will contact you to request your postal mailing address. </p>

<p>Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson will email you the WebEx log-in information and handouts prior to the training.</p>
