(A) Sewing Machines 101: DIY Scrunchie

Have you ever wanted to learn to use a sewing machine but didn’t know where to start? Come and join us at the Bellmawr library for Sewing Machines 101! In this program, patrons will learn the basics of using a sewing machine and then use their new knowledge to make their own beginner friendly scrunchie! Because supplies are limited, registration is required for this program. Registration will open on Wednesday 4/1 at 10:00 A.M., and close on Monday 4/13 at 9:00 P.M. or whenever the registration list becomes full, whichever occurs first.

Due to the popularity of our sewing machine programs, we ask that if you register and later find out you cannot attend, please inform Jenn at jamariti@camdencountylibrary.org as soon as you know, as these programs tend to get lengthy wait lists.

Note: This same program will take place again on 5/11. Please do not register for the event on 5/11 if you attend this one. Because of the limited number of spaces in each of these programs, we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to attend.

Accessibility info: The library is located all on one floor. There are no steps to enter the building, and the front doors to the building are automatic. The doors into the library portion of the building can be opened with an accessible button.
