Join us for an engaging program that explore the origins, meaning, and artistry of lion dance through lively demonstrations and storytelling. Participants will discover how tradition, music, and movement come together to bring the lion to life.

(A) Yoga for Adults

Yoga is offered on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or something close to it), a yoga block if you have one, and a small blanket to cover yourself while we're in relaxation. All levels are welcome, including no experience! Floor space is limited and will be first come, first serve.

In honor of AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) Heritage Month, learn some decorative, Japanese-style methods for binding small books!

No experience required, and all materials are provided. Open to anyone ages 18+.
